MJL Engineering will review your concept and your existing conditions to develop a cohesive, realistic scope for your project. We will coordinate and file applications with municipal boards and departments to obtain all necessary approvals to further the project.
- Design Development
We develop plans and specifications necessary to obtain to all required permits. Plans are prepared to be clear and concise so that any contractor will have an immediate understanding on the project scope. Costly change orders and schedule overruns can be kept to a minimum if all parties have a clear understanding of the details right from the project start.
- Progress Review
We visit the site as often as required to ensure the project is built according to plan. We can provide another level of supervision to keep the project on schedule. Knowing what local building officials look for, we can provide invaluable information to contractors during site visits.
